My daughter was born on the 29th. I celebrate on March 1st because technically she was not yet born on the 28th.

Rice, if my birthday came on February 29, and it was not a leap year, I would celebrate the birthday on Feb. 28 and March 1 so you can have twice the fun.

I almost had this dilema, my son was born in a leap year on February 28th. I believe that a birthday should still bel celebrated yearly.

I'd do it on the 28th or March 1, whichever works the best. Then on an actual Feb. 29th, I'd have the mother of all parties.
