What's this movie? It is filmed in Australia ....and something about making dog food?

OK, so some skater guy is in Australia and has all these weird adventurous things happen. He meets up with these people that make dog food out of something weird. I don't remember who is in it....but anyone know the name of this movie? It is about 10 years old.
