Hi,
According to your crude earthly measuring system it would take up to much web space to type it out in inches, feet, miles or whatever.The only way to type it out here is by the volarin system of measurement which is the only recognized system of measurement by intelligent life forms. It is .000006 vols high by .008 vols wide. Hope this helped but if you need further assistance meet me at the south pole. So, if the radius is 10 billion light years then the diameter would be 20 billion light years. One light year is about 6 trillion miles, so 20 billion light years would be about 120 billion trillion miles or about 120,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 miles!

The question you ask is almost Impossible to answer because it is widley known that the universe is still expanding.However there are people who attempt to map and measure what's called the "known universe".The known universe is the universe that we can see wth our mordern technology.Here are a few links where you can find more info......

the universe is actually 0x0x0 because its absolutely nothing... but if it was to be something you still cannot find a measurement because its not a shape or inside anything that has a shape

Our solar system almost fits in one of the outer arms of the Milky Way. It depends on the galaxy there's: spiral galaxy, elliptical galaxy, irregular galaxy, and other galaxies that are like the others but smaller or big.
