Libra and Scorpio?

I'm a Libra and my bf is a Scorpio. I've looked at compatability things just out of curiosty (because I don't know whether to believe them or not) and I have seen some that say we have a great relationship and others that say it won't work. So which is it?

Don't pay any attention to that. I used to believe in those things. I thought that my last boyfriend and I were compatible because of our zodiac signs and that we were supposed to be "soulmates" because of that... Our relationship didn't work out. Go with his personality. If he has a wonderful personality and is a great guy, you have nothing to worry about.. :)

I don't know what horoscopes say, but I'm a Libra that used to have a Scorpio boyfriend. There was a lot of passion, but not compatibility. We were together for 2 years though..

i say that it doesn't matter as long as the two of you get along. I was friends with a libra and i was kind of attracted to him (i'm a scorpio female) and there was some heavy flirting going on too but the reason that i got along with him so well was because i thought he was pretty damn funny and we scorpios appreciate a great sense of humor. So i say go for it!

ok here is the lowdown: Scorpios are the fire sign, and Libras balance out everything, so unless you're a pyro ( just joking!) you are in for a rocky ride, but it can work out. read up on it, scorpios are a fixed sign and i am not sure of librans,though. I am a scorpio fan,that means most of my best lovers have been scorpios, ( uncle Kracker is a scorpio!) and i seem to attract them. ( no i have never met uncle kracker, i am just a fan!)

Any sign can be with any other sign! It all depends on your whole chart, based on your DATE, PLACE, EXACT TIME of birth, not just your Sun signs.

Your whole chart then is then compared to the other person's whole chart using a technique called Synastry.

The aspects between each other's planets and points must be looked at and interpreted. The planets in each others houses must be looked at and interpreted, both ways. Affinities must be looked for. It's not simple to a layperson, but it is to people who are educated in Astrology terminology.

Sun sign horoscopes are absolutely inaccurate to determine compatibility between two people.

Uh, oh ! It won't work because Scorpions are very introvert people with lots of egos and can be flirtatious. Whereas Libran as myself love frank and honest people who are trustworthy. Librans are much happy with Cancer, Gemini and Aquarious : these signs make you feel so special and give you all the happiness you deserve but certainly not Scorpio, dear.

I have several and it's truly a blessing!
Some of them are guys...one of them is a Scorpio.
Since we first met, we have hit it off. We have been best friends now for 14 years. There have been times when we were "best friends with benefits",...(during our drunken lonely times : ).
