you sound like one of those who have supernatural experiences and believe it or not, i am one of them. as per the older scientific researches, there are many dimensions. the 4th is the time, 5th is the inner mind as they call it and 6th is the rift between two universes. that's all i know.

I suppose that you are asking if we are in a Universe with more than the three space dimensions and one time dimension. If so, it's hard to tell at this moment, but a number of physicists hypothesize that there are more dimensions than the ones we generally experience. It's a way of working out theories involving relativity and fundamental forces.

"Extra-dimensions" are convenient ways to categories certain flaws that we see with our current "Standard model" theories. If you're talking about more dimensions than the standard four, then you're refering to some very strange things like space-time topological manifolds. They take very weird shapes that are not easy to imagine. Essentially they are "rolled up" on each other, and so, detectable, but not by human eyes or senses.
If you'd like to know or see more about the supposed higher dimensions, then here's an example of the +7 dimensions in string theory.

well, even though we live in a 3 dimensional world
we don't think of things in that way
its too complicated
so we think of things in a 1 and 2 dimensional way

With out a doubt multi-dimensional and we have all experienced it although most don't know or want to know, guess it would be too scary for them.
