Smoking weed is not cool. People who smoke weed to look cool are usually teenagers! It's not cool; it's pleasant, that's all! Afterwards, those who keep on smoking do it because: 1/ they aren't bored with it and 2/ they like the relaxing effect. Hopefully, those people do it in the evening, after work.
