I really can't say that one is better than the other as far as being a regular person, because I don't know them personally.
But, I would rather watch Jennifer L. act than Mariah sing.
I love all the movies that J Lo is in..but I don't like the style of music Mariah sings..not that she doesn't have a pretty voice.
So, I pick J Lo!

J-Lo can't sing and is mediocre at best as an actress. Her clothing line supports animal cruelty.
Mariah Carey is gifted in that she is one of the extremely rare people with perfect pitch. That's talent, even if she can't dance and is occasionally nutty. Mariah is better by a longshot.
