I have a low 71 mph fastball, a mid 50s curveball, and a low 60s changeup. I am 5'6" and 114 lbs. I am going to be about half a year younger than most of the other kids that are trying out. I played on 13 year old travelers this summer.

Sounds like you got a good chance of it. Did you play in the local Little or Pony leagues? Maybe ask one of your old coaches to give you some pointers before try outs... Good luck!

well i play fastpitch and my fastball is 58mph and my coach says thats too fast. I dnt know how much softball is different from baseball. But you should be fine dont worry.

Just try your hardest and you'll make it. By what you said about your pitching, you have a good chance.
