Try putting a warm wash cloth on your brows, the warm heat will help open up your pores, after you've plucked for a couple of years you'll just get used to it.

when i first started plucking my brows i used to cover them in vaseline first and let it sit for a little bit. the hair comes out easier that way.

Try eye-brow threading. It's great. the hair will grow finer and finer
