In my experience, there are two kinds of people who hate gays. One is the mean-spirited, hateful christian, the other is the person who thinks they are gay and doesn't want to be, so they take their anger out on the things they are attracted to, i.e., other gay people.
Anyone who hates gays for religious reasons should be sterilized, because they're obviously retarded.

People are afraid of what they don't understand...even to the point that they may want to react violently. Its a lack of education about other cultures that is to blame. People are so settled in their ways that on one else's lifestyles, religions, habits or otherwise could ever possibly be acceptable. While I am not gay, I feel just as frustrated as you concerning people who lash out at things like these without making any sort of attempt to understand them first. Be that as it may, they do have the right to publicly announce their cultural ignorance. However, be encouraged, because there is no such thing as bad press when it comes to a cause.

I don't like that kind of talk either, but let them expose their own ignorance. Knowlege is power and if you can know that the person you are communicating with is a moron who would say something like that, you're better off. Don't let it give you a heart attack. why is censorship the first answer to everything. Send everything away that bothers me. Get rid of things that oppose my opinion. Eliminate those who are not up to standard. Kill the inferior.
