The problem is, if you make that declarative of a statement, no one will believe you.
No one wants to abandon sex. You are just feeling tired. Here, if you have a little sex, you'll feel better.
Short of having a spiked chastity belt about you, you will not convince people of it otherwise.
Then you get the reverse effect. Guys will hang around you to prove you wrong and that all you really needed was the right guy to show you the wonders and glory of sex.

Tell them that you will have sex when YOU choose to, not because someone wants you to, or because "everyone else" is doing it, and you will not be pressured, manipulated, or ridiculed into it. Tell them that you are in control of your life and that you are a leader not a follower.
