Yes. Do you know what kind of bacteria lives beneath your nails and on your hands?? No matter how much you wash them. If you bite them it is then transferred to your mouth. Don't forget, nail biting is a sign of weakness ( nervousness). Not to mention that infection can be caused if you bite your nails too short.

Unless you want to become very ill and uncomfortable. Even if you aren't actually "sick" you can still get germs from your nails that will ruin your day and make you feel like crap. There is a lot of stuff under your nails, it is about as bad as crap being underneath there, if not worse.

Only if you want to and are willing to work consistantly at changing the behavior. You have to see the benefit or "pay-value" in the change or there is no motivation created to do so.

yes, they are the dirtiest part of your body. i use to bite my nails. they also have these tiny buys inside them..
