He wanted to interview for part-time job I brought in a nice young girl while the manager brought her friend he had a choice to make. He loved the girl I brought and not the other, then why did he choose the manager's friend?

If the manager is over the supervisor he probably had to choose the friend because of office politics.

BECAUSE HE BROKE THE BIGGEST RULE OF ALL--NEVER MIX BUSINESS WITH PERSONAL AND THAT THERE ARE NO FRIENDS IN BUSINESS, HE WILL BE BLAMING THAT MANAGER IF THE MANAGER'S FRIEND MESSES SOMETHING UP THOUGH, SO BE GLAD IT WON'T BE YOUR FAULT.

I don't know. is the manager a woman? and if it is maybe he owes her big time.so thats why he choose the one he didn't really like.
