I don't understand what you're asking. I'm Brasilian so i could tell you a lot about Brasil. I think the number one thing I've noticed about Brasilians and the rest of the world is that Brasilians just want to party. No one is really serious about anything because we joke around and play a lot. Brasilian people are also very warm hearted were as others are very hostile. Now I don't know about the french too much but rumor has it...they are arrogant, not a very big fan of the rumor mill though.

Brazil has several ethnicities and they are as complex, contradictory, and creative as Brazilians themselves. Brazil received influence from West Africa as well as from Amerindian and European cultures that have converged and adapted into a unique ethnic, religious and cultural syncretism.

French people are from FRANCE [Europe] mostly white.
