Well, your method of writing down the problem seems to be a little weird, but depending upon what that "Squared" is in there for, the answer is either:
r=7 or
r=49
It's really not a hard problem, but the way it's written makes it look ridiculous.

The right side of the equation simplifies to 3r^2 , after which I'm not sure what you mean by Squared [7]^2. If you mean 49, then the answer is r=7radical 3 divided by 3.
