I have the ssame problem, and all it is is a musle that has been used too much and needs some rest. DO NOT tak advil or tylenol or any other of those brands because they din't work. Take my advise, you can take advil all year but your arm won't become any better. Just rest it, do not play tennis for a week or two, and see a doctor if you want to (I reccomend it) And since you are going to meet the hotest man alive, take up another sport that doesn't use much arm movement like soccer.

If you play sports then muscles build up this could be the problem. if you are talking about tennis elbow then it could be that the circumference of your raquet is too small (Tape it to make it larger) or you have a lousy coach.. I have answered a previous question about tennis elbow 10 mins ago so you could check my answer by going to my 360 and have a look at my Answers to questions

No, in a few more practices it'll clear up. If it doesn't check w/ a doctor to make sure it's not tennis elbow. It sounds like it's just being worked out - which is good! Good luck in your season!

Your strokes must be wrong. Have your coach watch you play and let you know if you are hitting the ball behind you instead of out front. That is the most common cause of arm pain.

Judging by your earlier question, you're somewhat obsessed with a man called Musso. I have no idea who that is, and care even less...

YOur arm probably isn't used to it yet, maybe you are hitting wrong. My index finger use to hurt i would swing and my finger would be sticking out so it took all of the weight and power from my swing was put onto that little finger

Where does it hurt? If it hurts by your elbow you have tennis elbow. Otherwise relax for a while and let your muscles recuperate.
