Gays, have been in every workforce you could think of and then some. Gay men have been truckers since trucks were invented. People are so stuck in the land of stereotypes; that their examination of the gay community truly reflects limitations. Not all gay men are feminine; nor all lesbians butch. That's why its always funny when I hear guys laughing at straight men; when they make comments about homos; while in their presences.

A long, long, long time ago... forty years ago some of the hottest men were truck drivers... And highway truck stops and rest stops was where it all happened. It was a long standing tradition even then. Ahhhh... the good old days.

I work for a trucking company and NONE of our drivers are gay. I don't know what you are insinuating by your comment, but gay people are in every occupation, probably even yours if you have one. They just hide their orientation because of people like you who do nothing except criticize their every move.
