Shangrala or what would appear to be it's equivalent: On the continent of Australia, taking the coastal road from Mebourne - Geelong (Victoria) to "SA" some 20 to 30 miles past the "twelve apostles," was a hiking trail that lead inland into the rainforest... about 3km inside the trek we happened upon a small glen that preceeded a small enclave with pond & waterfall, complete with colorful parrots, finches, & birds of paradise. It was breath-taking, and we all felt as though it was wrong to stay and in any way "disturb" this wonderous scene - a bit of heaven decsended to Earth, but it was difficult to leave... so we quietly sat down... to watch the "ballet on wing" for over half an hour. As we left, I heard my friend remark, "Just remember: when Monday rolls around, and the the insanity of the work week is once again "in your face," these birds will still be here flying about, collecting their seeds... while you work to keep things afloat in your department, the waterfall, and ALL this, is STILL here... so. when in need .return here in your mind!" Simultaneously, we all just sighed and said "Yea!"

The woman I love..........
She isn't really a thing though,so I guess...........it would be a couple years ago on my annual canoe trip......
A bald eagle swooping down into the lake and snatching a fish out of the water!
It was just amazing and humbling at the same time........

Greatest sound I have ever experienced....would be again on one of my annual canoe trips....in late September,a wolf pack doing their howl...........
They were so close we could actually hear them snapping their jaws and growling and everything!

Sorry for the long-winded answer....I started re-living the moments!
