Fat on any part of your body means you're carrying some extra weight. All you have to do is start loosing fat by exercising and eating less calories. That's the only way to get rid of it.

Well, to lose fat, you need to do cardiovascular exercises. Running, aerobics, even dance will help burn calories and tone your muscles. You can tone your arms with arm exercises but there's no way of losing fat in a specific area without more serious methods. Eventually, you'll start burning calories and lose fat that way.

Jumping - Jacks &
Tri-cept dips. Usually it's the flabby muscel on the tricepts that make an arm look fat ... if you just do tricept dips, this will tone the muscel and you can wave to someone without flabbing. FYI the tricept is the biggest muscel in your arm.

NO FAST FOODS like gross greasy McDonalds fries.
& swimming & dancing are 2 of the best excercises since they work out every muscles in your body. I prefer dancing cause its fun & wayy better than those boring hard workouts that i slack off on. So if you have any swimming club or dancing club at your school, it`d be good to take advantage of it.

lose fat w/ cardio. watch what you eat.
tone up those arms by swimming some laps this summer.
