in dbz movie 8 when broly breaks the mind control device (thats on his forehead) hav u noticed that his eyes turn green and enlarge and his cheeks start tearing up(that is...from the side of the lips .... both sides) why does that happen? and he even explodes at the end but in the second coming his body is fine...why?!!!!

Because that is Broly's first apparance so it's has to be spectacular. For example, I'm assuming that you are a DBZ fan so rememeber the first time Goku turned Super Saiyan? It was so cool and awesome, and then later on it's just like nothing, he goes SSJ. Or remember when Piccolo fused with Kami and then powered up in the fight against Imperfect Cell, everyone was like "Wow, I've never sence so much power before..." but after that eveyone is used to it and it's not something big anymore. Or have you seen the episode when Goku goes Super Saiyan 3 for the first time and it looks like Earth is going to explode from so much power and The Supreme Kai and Kibito Kai and Gohan can sense it all the way from the Other World. After that, when Goku comes back and fights Super Buu and he goes SSJ3, nothing happens to Earth anymore, no more shaking and all that jazz.
So there you have it, Broly's eyes turned green and everything else you mentioned happened because that was the first time Broly trully became Ultimate Super Saiyan and probably his body was not used to the enourmous increase of power at first, which would explain why his cheeks start tearing up.

Broly is a different kind of saiyan and when he became super-saiyan, he gives off a different aura than vegeta and goku. On the movie, if u remember Dragonball z the series where Trunks was that bulky version of super saiyan, Broly is that version but he was able to master it. He explodes because of the power overload through the power of Goku. At the second coming (movie 10), he was hurt by Goku and it was some time between Movie 8 and Movie 10. Plus, saiyans do heal fast and the makers also just want to bring him back.

he just happend to have the outspace equivalent of a sensue bean in his hand at the time, lol the dbz movies are considered what ifs, they don't really fit into the story of the rest of the show, and don't really fit together other then broly being in 3 of them, also why did brolly not come back from the dead when hell opened? who know. it's just entertainment

Because, incase you haven't noticed, in Drangon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT, people can't just stay dead. Especially, if it's a character people like.I mean seriously, how many times has Goku, Vegeta, etc died?
