Did it for about 7 years, then hubby got a job working nights and I stayed at home with the kids. I could go now but am so unfit I think I would collapse (especially doing "The beast" or "Ultimate drive", I know these are older dances but they are classics).
Anyway for all those of you who think linedancing is for old or middleaged woman who like country music, you couldn't be more wrong, loads of young people, male and female, do it and it's not all country music either, there is a lot of chart music (which I prefer) used too, so don't knock it unless you've actually experienced the full glory and not just the boring parts they show on TV

Line dancing is great fun but be warned! !n Yoga, whatever u
do to ur left u do to ur right and its all very balanced. In line dancing its not unusual to come down from a move and land on the same foot seven times compared to once on the other one. After a while this tells on ur body.

If u can cope with that side of it then the rest is brilliant! Its an enjoyable way to keep fit so feck the begrudgers. Have a ball!
