Hormone imbalance, pregnancy, breast infections, and possibly breast cancer, is all possibilities to this. but it sounds more like your whitish fluid is breast milk, i would consult your gyno on this if it continues or you notice any other symptoms.

You may need a culture to find out what it is for sure. Some reasons for it are a possible prolactin tumor. Or something wrong with your prolactin gland

if your breast leak that means your breast in starting to produce milk if you are pregnant. that happens alot to woman in pregnat
