Do both like I did. I even read the script separately after seeing the movie. It is truly brilliant in all forms but the book always gives you more inside details the movie has no time to show. I'm biased though. It's my favourite film of all time.

The movie is quite true to the book original, except that the ending is completely different. The movie also lets some parts out (the perfume guerilla action). I read the book first, and I think that is the way to go (at least for me).

Both my friend and I really enjoyed the movie. We're both bookworms (although I think he is more so than I). He didn't like the book that much. He thought the movie and the book were different, but the movie did a better job in the main differences.

I didn't find the book to be fantastic, but I think it was worth reading. I've never seen the movie so I can't compare the two.

The book is great. It is very exiciting and has a great twist at the end. I think you should read the book then watch the movie.

I agree with froggyj5. Fight Club the book was pretty terrible. The movie was great, one of my favorite movies.

Chuck Palahniuk's other books are much, much better than this one.

i've got not examine combat club, yet Chuck Palahniuk is an surprising author, so i could advise it alongside with Diary and Invisible Monsters. Haunted is likewise very exciting yet rather vulgar so i does no longer in all probability advise it

It is a good book, but if you see the movie you'll get to enjoy a little 'eye candy'
