PSP flash question?

I recently updated my PSP to the 2.71 version which enables the Flash Player while I'm on the PSP web browser.

I enabled this so why can't I watch videos on the internet? Youtube for example, it says I need the latest version of Flash.

What is the name of the PSP web browser and how can I watch videos on Youtube from my PSP?
