That depends on the individual restaurant. There are a LOT of McDonald's franchises, you'd have to ask the individual restaurant. I know a couple in the Kansas City area that have .49 cent and .59 cent hamburger and cheeseburger nights.

I don't think anytime soon. I haven't seen any good deals come out of McDonald's for a very long time. They used to have 2 Big Macs for 2 $ or 2 Quarter Pounders for 2 $, but I haven't even seen that around lately.
