Possible but very very rare. 32 years working graveyard in hospitals makes an expert. As mentioned before usually 1/2 mast with whites only showing. Twice seen wide open but major prescribed IV meds on board. (no speed or cocaine). Seen more often in dearly departed.

The only time i've seen any human or dog sleep with their eyes open, I could only see the whites. It was weird, but kinda cool.

Yes, some people sleep with their eyes open and have problems with dry eyes. Cocaine and speed users are notorious for sleeping with their eyes open- one of the symptoms of use. Weird isn't it?

Yes! I have a girl friend who did that. It was freaky!

She would originally close them like we all do when we first fall asleep, eventually, for whatever reason, her eyes would open up.

Mine is 1/4 open. It freaks out my husband. LOL! Oh well. What can you do!

Yes, my daughter when in a deep sleep can sleep with her eyes partially open! It's quite spooky!

Yes! My nan had a glass eye LOL and it was always open. Scared the **** out of me evry time.

YES my Friend Jimbo dose it allot I was talking to him once and got P.O'ed because he wouldn't answer me after a while I realized he was sleeping so I left him alone, really weird !!!

A woman who got badly burnt(Jaqueline Saburido)has no eyelids so she has to sleep with her eye's open,she also has eyedrops.
