No not I. I can occasionally be a tad bit cruel though! Many of the lemmings are too kind and in the end that only leads to trouble and hurt.

Sometimes being too kind means being less honest. If a friend, for instance tells thinks she looks good in her new outfit, but in actuality looks absolutely hideous, the best thing for her would be to tactfully suggest a change of clothing (tell her the outfit sets off some of her good points, if that's possible, but it couldn't do her justice in maaaaany others).
There are more serious ramifications for being too kind. What if another friend tries something again and again, yet she fails again and again. You could be "kind" that is, not want to offend her by telling her her talents should be used elsewhere etc, but then again, she'll just keep hurting herself and the people around her.

Yes, if you only say yes to every single favor people ask of you and don't lay down any limits. Even doing favors to people who clearly don't deserve your help and if you ask them for a smaller favor they wouldn't do it.
At first it will feel just like you are a kind person but people will definitely take advantage of you and in no time the person who is "too kind" it will become a "doormat".

In some situations being too kind can turn you into an enabler, which is not a helpful thing.

Yes, you can.Some people mistake kindness as a weakness.So you have to watch with those that think that way.They will take advantage of you usually in the workplace.Good Luck!
