"Want good abs? you rarely EVER have to use weights to build abs. Weights build muscle mass. The weight of your body and legs alone will help you build your ab muscles .Try this, works GREAT for my obliques and abs, I just started it, I still have a little bit of fat on my lower abs but I can see it decreasing

2 times a week do the following workouts

leg raises - 25 reps go immediately to next ab workout
sit ups - 25 reps go immediatley to next ab workout
side leg raises - 15 reps both sides back to the top

do those 3 non-stop until you've done all 3 4 times each, and for the side leg raises, its just like leg raises but your leaning on your side and using your obliques instead of your abs."

From my experience, finding and keeping your abs is a combination of cardio, diet and ab exercises. For the most complete info, read the book "The Abs Diet for Men" it tells you everything you need to know to get and keep those rock hard abs.

pull-ups, swimming, karate, running, biking, hiking, stretching and (if you are of age and are with a consenting of age partner) safe sex.

play basketball full court, touch football, soccer.

Just remember easier is not always as fast, but fast is not better either.

Good Luck!
