NO FRIED FOODS. NO POP. ONLY WATER AND LOTS OF IT, NO COFFEE. YOU HAVE TO SHOCK YOUR BODY. SPECIAL K CEREAL AND BAKED FISH OR MEAT. NO POTATOES. BIG SALADS. YOU WILL LOOSE MAYBE 15 TO 20 LB IN A MONTH. JUST HEALTHY FOODS NO JUNK. EXCERCISE 45 MINS A DAY.

When you wake do a 15 minute ab exercise (mid, bottom, then sides). Drink a lot of water through out the day everyday. Run one mile before work. Run one mile before lunch then run one mile before dinner. A mile take an average person about 8-9 minutes to run so you will be doing about a 42 minute work out without killing yourself...............I will have to eat a high fiber and high protein but very low carb breakfast, lunch, and dinner! You shoul include a snack between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner like an apple, low fat yogurt, or nut (no salt). Try that and you'll do fine

have your mouth wired shut. u r trying to loose quite a bit n such a short time this could b dangerous. i suggest getting with a reputable weight lose group and letting professionals help u check out the history and success of the group first u might need a little more than a month. why push yourself like that.

Run twenty miles a day in the hot sun and only drink water, unless your too lazy, and if you are forget the whole deal, because that would mean your just another fat@ss looking for the easy way out.

Too much Too fast you should lose the weight slower 1 to 2 lbs per week. If you lose weight too rapidly you could get sick or gain it all back and more in a short period of time

A pound a day is an excessive rate to lose weight.
You took longer than a month to put it on; you need to take more than a month to take it off safely.

Ever thought about amputation? You're not really using both arms are you? If you manage to lose 29 lbs in a month, you'll be too sick or dead to enjoy it. Slow down and do it the healthy way.

do not eat at all...just kidding.
DO NOT eat any chips, pop, or anything fattening. drink alot of water because it fills up your stomache and is good for you. when you think u r very hungry eat a piece of gum... it keeps your mind off food. go for a run every morning and do sit ups and excercise. eat fruit. do not have any dessert!
