I have compiled my own series of 80s CDs. I have 22 volumes and I am planning another one. How could I choose one song from all that? John Foxx, 'Underpass': Human League, 'Being Boiled': Adventures, 'Broken Land': Billy Bragg, 'Waiting For The Great Leap Forward': Wham!, 'Wham Rap': Nena, '99 Red Balloons': Laurie Anderson, 'O Superman': Grandmaster Flash, 'White Lines': Department S, 'Is Vic There?': Theatre Of Hate, ' Do You Believe In The Westworld?': Killing Joke, 'Love Like Blood': Split Enz, 'I Got You': Sigue Sigue Sputnik, 'Love Missile F1-11'......

Don't think i can say just one favourite but it would be between Blue Monday by New Order, Just Like Heaven or Boys Don't Cry both by The Cure.
Too hard to choose. Sorry.

OOoooooo lets see, Tears for fears with "Shout"? Go West's "We close our eyes"? Rick Astley's "Never gonna give you up"? Paul Youngs " Love of the common people"? Or just maybe, Prince and "Purple Rain". Hmmmm cant decide.
Sorry, but "Hit me with your rhythm stick" came out in the 70's. Trust me i know it was my sons favourite song, when he was 2 and he was born in 1975.

Oh my gosh!!! You can not expect me to pick just one!!! In fact I can't even narrow it down to one song.......
My all time favorite song is Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen (I think that was 70's though?)
But since I can't decide, just go by the artists:
Heart
Pat Benatar
Michael Jackson
Fleetwood Mac
Journey
Foreigner
REO Speedwagon
Cyndi Lauper
Oh boy how the list goes on.....
