I have been at my job for almost three years. There is one person I work with who is Bi-Polar and I feel uses this as an excuse just so she can be a complete ***** to everyone! Would it be acceptable to call her out on this behavior? I feel she singles me out often. I am tried of her being lazy, and not pulling her weight! To boot our boss just passed away unexpectedly and now my co-worker is acting out to even bigger extremes since we don't have a "real" boss in the office!! Any advice would be much apperciated thanks!

How long has she been working there? Maybe she needs someone to tell her like it is. Stop letting her abuse you. Let her have it verbally. You don't have to curse her, just tell her that she is lazy and that she better lay off of you. She's probably only doing it because she can.
Of course if she is truly crazy then disregard the above and stay the heck away from her.

Bi-Polar is the technical term for being NUTS!!!!

Get with the new boss as soon as they are assigned, it would be helpful if many/most of the department did the same. If the new boss hears it from everyone they will know that it is not just a conflict with you two, and maybe they will take appropriate action.

If she is really bi-polar, that is a horrible thing and maybe you should read up on it and try to show some compassion. If you cant do that or you think she just doesn't like you then try to stay away from her.

It is better to stay away from the trauma and drama at work anyway, just do your job and let other people worry about her not doing hers.

i would tell her could you please come with me to the office.i would like to take with you. close the door. and let her know that you don't like what she is doing. be nice and don't raise your voice at her. tell her this is a warring and the next time you will write her up. sorry to hear about your boss. you need also find someone you can talk to about this. sense you are in charge. someone higher up. good luck.
