No HDD, no CPU, no RAM with a broken motherboard???!!! How the heck can you even call it as a laptop/computer?? So, of course, it is not only bad; it is extremely terrible.
Is the person who is selling this "laptop" just tries to sell this as parts and he is expecting you to get all the other missing parts?
