and it has a brocken motherboard ......is that bad?

no...unless you are going to rebuild it or use it for part as someone else did....no...don't ...

No HDD, no CPU, no RAM with a broken motherboard???!!! How the heck can you even call it as a laptop/computer?? So, of course, it is not only bad; it is extremely terrible.

Is the person who is selling this "laptop" just tries to sell this as parts and he is expecting you to get all the other missing parts?

No, not too bad if you have all that stuff and know how to put it together. Or if you just want something to play with so people think you have a real laptop.

I would trade a car that doesn't have an engine, transmission, seats, steering wheel or wheels and a broken frame for it.
