You sound like you might be a little shy. Unfortunately we women like men to make the first move. If there is someone you are interested in you should talk to her. Even if she turns you down at least you built up the guts to ask, and practice helps you feel better about doing it again.

Well the first thing is to find someone that you think you could seriously have a good relationship with. Try to talk to her and see how far that takes you. If she is someone that you like as a friend then the relationship should be good if it goes a few steps further. Just be yourself. First you should try to become friends with her and see if she has the same interests as you and then if you do ask her and if she feels that way about you too then you are already on the way to a good relationship with someone. I know its harder to do then say but hang in there. we dont bite you know! LOL well best of luck!

well, go places where girls hang out at: malls, girly stores, drug stores, target. and if you see someone that interests you- especially if she works there start up a conversation. how? go up her, or any girl with something like: " excuse me, it's my older/younger sisters' ( or just a friend that is a girl) birthday and i need a little help with what i should get her, can you help me out?" try it. it will work, except if you don't have a sister.
