Nope.
Actually, they aren't THAT different. They both will kill pain when topically applied by numbing the area. I just don't think that when you snort novacaine it will also release the endorphines in your brain that say, "WHOOOO HOOOOO!!!!". And I doubt it could keep you up for a few days at a time. And I'm more than fairly certain that if you had a kilo of nova in your suitcase that you wouldn't be able to have 4 or 5 strippers do whatever you wanted them to do in your hotel room in vegas for said few nights in a row. Not that I'd have any experience with that....
But then again, I could be wrong......

depends how much u use and it depends on if u use it daily.
