I had a young kid come up to me one time and punch me in the stomach out of the blue. He must have been about 11 or 12, but anyway he punched me and kept walking, but he was still looking at me as he walked away. I had no idea who this kid was as I was visiting a town that I don't even live in or near. I was a little angry about this, and felt like yelling at him, but we were in a crowded shopping centre, so could do nothing. So yeah, generally there is really nothing you can do.

try a compassionate approach,such as asking him why he struck you and try to come up with solutions to prevent him from doing it to someone else.If that doesnt work then you have to beat the **** out of them.
