Which society? I immediately presumed that you meant American society and then realized that that may be too presumptuous of me. You might even be referring to society in general, or in other words - mankind.
I'll answer along the lines of American society as I'm best acquainted with that one, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
I agree with the first answerer that the importance placed on appearances and how little we value education are two major points that irritate me so much. I also don't like how capitalism has so permeated our lives that we've forgotten about other people at times, especially people who have so little that we can't even comprehend a life such as theirs.
Also, I find it depressing that we've (as a whole) accumulated so much and are so privileged that we've lost our ability to truly appreciate and be thankful for what we have. People have begun to expect certain things in life as rights, rather than be grateful for them as blessings.
I really could go on and on, but I think that would only make me angry. Curious to see other responses; thanks for an interesting question!

Although some people show a lack of care for one another and that frustrates me there is something that frustrates me even more - the lack of customer service and responsibility shown by many companies.
Many companies nowadays only care about selling you the product, once you've bought it, defective or not, they don't care and will not fix any problems you are having with their product. I run across this with items like furniture, all the way to car and home purchases.
And along with this I also notice that alot of companies are also not showing any care or responsibility towards their employees either. Many employees are given hours just under full-time so they do not qualify for benefits, they are not given my sick days or vacation time (our vacation time is one of the lowest in the nation) and they work their employees into the ground.

The way society subliminally prescribes our routines. Media and advertising create a false pulse of what society feels. Social structuring places you in a cyclic role which create social view and opinion. A set of standards are revealed to you at an early age that inadvertently decide the way in which you will support.

There are a lot of things, but I think intolerance is the biggest one. People need to learn to live together in peace and not push their own ideas and values on other people. Who knows what is right or wrong as far as religion goes? Who knows always what is the right thing to do? We don't know. We just have to believe what we think is right and stick to it personally and not push that belief on our neighbor. I think Jesus is the savior. My Jewish neighbor does not. Am I right, is he right? I don't know. All I'm saying is that if we looked past the races, and religions, and the monetary classes of people in this world, I think we'd be better off. Am I going to be any less nice to someone in the supermarket because he or she is gay? No. Day to day we need to be tolerant of all people and hope that they can have the same tolerance with us.
The only thing I know for sure is that I don't know anything for sure.

That our government - congress doesn't pay into Social Security like we do, and won't be made to live on that kind of money the way they make other Americans. That they are afraid to raise the minimum wage to a Living Wage because the ALL, democrats and Republicans rely on corporations to make contributions to their election campaigns. I am a Republican, and we make a decent living, but I am sad for those that are stuck with those low wages and trying to live on it. AND, then when they do make MINIMUM wage, they make too much money to get federal or state aid. Now a days, they can't afford to drive to their Minimum wage paying jobs. But we have plenty of Tax dollars to send to other countries. NOW that is frustrating.

The ammount of emphasis on money and things, why not happiness, happiness is achieved through being happy with what you have. Not always wanting more and more and crushing other people to get at it. I have never met a happy rich man, never! But I know many many happy people with the soceital "mediocre" lives. Plus, living a humble lifestyle is good for the environment.

How many of us are so worried about how we look or what we do or dont have. How in our society, those who work less or 'play' or act like someone else, get paid millions but those who work thier asses off get next to nothing. Ignorance and stupidity. Political parties, why cant we just stand for what we believe in instead of breaking it down to two main sides. Its all rediculous.

It is frustrating that the USA, the wealthiest country in the world, cannot (or will not) provide it's people with the best education and health care.

How obsessed we are with reality tv and celebrity gossip. Are we really that obsessed or is it just the networks that think we are? Also, the educational system. You can see that we (Americans especially) are not getting proper educations due to the amount of misspelled words that people type online.
