I made an on-line advanced payment for a Tour Package with Indian Tribal Tours, which they have acknowledged. But three weeks later I still haven't heard from them about the status of the Tour. I sent several e-mails but no answer! Where can I place a complain? Someone please tell me the best and the most effective way.

Try contacting them over telephone and sorting your questions to them. You have not furnished full details of your bookings, "address of the agency with whom bookings made" and "terms of the tours" etc, in the absence of which it may just be a blind shot to suggest anything. The other side may have their version of explanation!!

Consult your credit card company about denying the charge. Then I would get a hold of the better business bureau and file a complaint.

Dispute it with your credit card company...if you paid cash you are in trouble...
