Since you haven't done your research, answering your question is essentially pointless but here ya go.
The fact is that archeology backs up the Bible geographically. Many times, archeologists have stumbled across cities that were thought to be fictious but were mentioned in the Bible.
The historical record verifies that Jesus lived 2000 years ago.
There were over 500 eye witnesses of Jesus after his resurrection.
The reason that there are so many different teachings is because humans make mistakes. God's Word doesn't change, it's message remains the same no matter how different people handle it, correctly or otherwise.

Found nothing that was in the Bible? You might want to click on the links below before you decide that.

Why is there no evidence of the existence of Jesus? I think that there is (beyond the fact that we actually have a religion called Christianity -- someone had to start it, you know).

Jesus returned from the dead and appeared to over 500 witnesses (according to Paul) to show that he was alive again.

One of the main reasons that I believe in Christianity is that the people who knew Jesus were willing to be tortured to death rather than change their story that they saw Jesus return from the dead.

If the apostles were lying about seeing the resurrected Christ, then why didn't they take back their story when they were individually being tortured to death? Every one of the apostles (Except John, who died a natural death in exile on Patmos), were killed for their faith. Wouldn't a liar recant this story to save his own life?

What did the apostles have to gain by making it all up? What good does power, control or fame do for a dead person?

I accept the apostles' story because the witnesses were creditable.

PS: Yes, I have heard the crack about suicide bombers, but the main difference between the modern bombers & the apostles are: (1) the bombers did not see Mommand personally, so they are not eye-witnesses to anything (Unlike Peter, & Paul, who claimed to see Jesus alive with their own eyes and then died rather than take it back); and, (2) the bombers are killing innocent people (others) for their faith, not suffering for it (I assume that blowing yourself up is quick & painless compared with being crucified.).

Well do you think that there will be solid evidence that YOU even have existed 2,000 years from now??? Well there is the roman catholic church and the remains of disciple Peter under Vatican City. The bible says that Jesus created the church and that pretty musch goes with how old Peter is under the basilica in vatican city. Plus we have evidence that there WAS a jesus that walked Israel 2006 years ago. Arcaeologists have found evidence of many people who died because of their faith(Christianity). The disciples were dated back to that time so there must have been somebody at least like jesus. What evidence do we have of disciples? We have roman manuscripts of crucifixion of some of the disciples.

In historical times, in many instances all we have is what people wrote down. "Joe slept here" does not leave much in the way of evidence. All we have to work with is what the written records have, and from that we compare notes with what we know from actual artifacts.

As for the number of faiths, well, pretty obviously some of them must have been just "made up". After all, they cannot all be true, and by reasoning, most of them must be false.

There is no answer to your question for you if you do not have faith.
what should really frighten you is that God has made some people blind to his word. look up the word discernment.
People of faith know what I am talking about. The one thing that I hope is that your eyes are opened and that you see in time.
You do not have that much time so if I were you I would start seeking. God has proclaimed in his word that he has made his word foolishness to some. pray that you are not one of these.
Know this, "Jesus is coming", " seek and ye shall find", If you do not understand this, you should be trembling. Not because I said it but God said it.

Good questions but I'm not qualified to answer. There is a book however called "Case for Christ". It's about a former athiest who set out to disprove the existence of Christ. Throughout his research he concluded that there was (is) a Christ and now he is a devout Christian. Again let me say that he set out to DISprove Christ's existence. Check it out if you really want an answer to this question. If you've already made a decision and are just trying to prove your point then nobody, except you, can help you. Good Luck.

In addition to the links provided by a previous answerer above, I will add these:

The archaeological evidence of Biblical events:
http://www.allaboutarchaeology.org/evidence-for-jesus.htm

The bone box of Jesus' brother James:
http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2003/04/0418_030418_jesusrelic.html

The authenticity of the bone box is highly accepted by experts in the field and it has passed further tests and scrutiny. There is archaeological evidence of the life of Jesus here on Earth and we have found plenty of archaeological evidence supporting Biblical events.

fair point.. i would argue that too.. but my RE teacher was forever telling me there is some book he has that explains it all... and that Noah's ark was found or something.
i wonder about the many teachings too.
also the bible did not use punctuation, there fore could be understood in many different ways.
does it say "he lay his hands upon her"
or does it say "he lay, his hands upon her."
answer me that? life is too confusing to think too much about thinks like that.. it could just as easilly be peoples explainations for things as they could come up with no scientific reasons. there fore it must me magic!
