I am on level 5 and I do my work first then I will spend sometime answering questions

Ha, probably all these people that are at or above level 5, I mean I feel like I waste a lot of time on this thing while I'm at work and I can't even get to level 4.

There is no amount of points that is sad! You are answering questions. The points are a measure of your overall knowledge, there is nothing to be embarassed about.
