would a used kawasaki zxr 400cc bike be a good started bike??

i havent riden before
i will take a saftey course
i would just like to know if this bike would be a good beginner bike for me or if i should go with the 250.

The 400 is fine. Not that much difference between a 400 & a 250.

Definitely a good starting bike. I usually recommend beginners who want to ride sports bikes to start with something below 500cc.
