Does anyone remember a movie that had a scene where a group of about 20 naked men emerged from the jungle....?

at gunpoint, all holding their hands over their genitals? They were lined up, side by side, facing a deep pit, then were executed by a row of soldiers in the bushes behind them? After the execution, the leader walked up to the edge of the pit and looked in at the bodies. I saw it on a free preview weekend on HBO, Showtime or Cinemax in the earliy 80's. Thanks.
