Stay careful while spending your hard earned money. However, for your genuine complaints, you may start with the shop/store itself to address your grievance. If not satisfied, you can approach your local consumer forum - consumer courts - for redressal. Such forums are faster and good to deliver justice, provided you are careful and responsible - armed with all necessary supportive documents, proofs and other details, otherwise you may be seeking avenues to complain against such forums also.
