Geez people! You can't kill a human baby! It is wrong! So why do so many support murder?

Truth is relative--it's not something that you can posses absolutely...

Whatever you've decided your truth to be, as far as abortion is concerned there is no generally accepted definintion of "baby."

Because people disagree about what the truth is. Some people, for example, don't feel that a fetus is necessarily a "human baby", and many people have different opinions as to what age determines a real life has started. For example, what about when the fetus consists of just a few microscopic cells, fewer than the mould that grows on old bread? Is that a human baby? When do you decide? Other doesn't believe that abortion is murder. For example, is killing a soldier during war murder? Is putting a very sick dog to death murder? If these two situations are controversial enough, imagine how confusing it would be deciding whether it's murder to "kill" something that technically hasn't been born yet - and that's made and connected to the flesh of the mother!

It's understandable to wonder how people can possibly believe something that to you, is very clear-cut and obvious - but the more you get deeper in these controversial issues, the more you realize that nothing is clear-cut and obvious to *everyone*.

Also, there's a different between being pro-choice and "supporting murder" - or even supporting abortion. Some people believe that women have the right to have abortions, but would never have an abortion themselves. They aren't trying to support abortion - no one really supports a bad experience - but they do support the right to have one.

Also, some people feel that more important issues are millions of children who are already living in the world, and are dying of hunger, violence, abuse, etc, and believe that pro-life people should focus their energy on these issues as well.

Anyway, those are just my thoughts to your interesting question!

You're NOT murdering anything. It's brain, heart, emotions, etc are even fully developed... It's like a guy jacking off onto the floor. All those poor lil sperms. I believe it's wrong to get a late abortion or if someone doesn't use a condom because they can just get an abortion, that's F*CKED UP... but if you were raped or the condom broke and you're not ready for a child, then it's better to have an abortion than to have a kid that isn't provided for because it's mom wasn't prepared, etc.
Everyone's entitled to their own opinion on the subject though...

I don't support abortion. But I believe the mother has the right to choose whether she wants to have the child or not. Some people may be more emotionally able to get rid of a child conceived threw rape than to go ahead and have the child. Because even if they give it up for adoption, how are they suppose to handle whenever the child turns 18 and starts tracking them down?

Not everyone has your view point, and you should respect the views of others, not try and ram your opinions down other peoples throats.

Quite simply because they care more about themselves than their baby. They need to look at the facts:

Wait untill you get knocked up by a rapist then try saying the same thing... Maybe this rapist was your brother or father..how would you feel about that baby then. Everyone should have a choice, whether you think it's right or not. My guess is that you have never had to face a situation or decision like this.

They don't want to. Seriously, most people have debated when life begins for the baby. Like does it start at the egg or when it's just starting to develop. So most people think if the baby isn't living then we aren't killing it. But most people have different opinions as to when a baby starts to live.

Try to explain to a rape or incest victim why they don't have the option of terminating a pregnancy they didn't choose and I'm willing to bet they will feel even more victimized. You can support every woman's right to make her own choices about her body without supporting murder.

because they believe that the embryo before the cutoff date isn't a person, it's just a collection of cells. It all goes to the definition of a person or a human, and when life actually starts.
I think they should keep it legal, and if you don't believe in it, then you don't do it. But if osme people wnat it done, then they have the right to do it. i mean, it's just controlling people to want it to be illegal.

Truth is subjective. Your truth is one point of view. I support the right of a woman to choose as well as the prospective father. Peace.
