Mr. President. in order to illegalize the african race, you would have to increase the size of our jail system more than 100%. Although, if you legalize marijuana, and release all the marijuana offenders in the nation, you would only have to increase prison space by 22%. So, legalize marijuana, illegalize blacks, and let the world regain some sense of reality. At least until some baked jailor loses his keys, theres a ***** uprising from the prisons, and we all get slaughtered like a bunch of crackers in kenya.

If you made being black illegal, you should pretty much than make lounging around on your ranch illegal and while your making insane changes in society, why not make gas at 3.45 illegal and it should never go above 1.80 again.
