AbsoLUTely. They made a huge deal of it when he recorded the episode. It was on the news at the time. I remember it well.

There's also another episode where Dustin Hoffman plays Lisa's teacher. He used the pseudonym "Sam Attic" in the credits (get it? Dustin Hoffman is a Jew so he chose "Sam Attic" for "semitic". I thought it was very clever when he did it).

I think it was his voice in that episode. However, I think it wasn't his singing voice on there, for some reason. They had an interview awhile ago about the show that discusses that episode in more detail.

I think I remember his name shown on the credits at shows end. That show gets a LOT of surprising guest voices.

Yes it was. They disguiesd the name in the ending credits. So nobody would know it was him.
