I can see the dilemna. I like Snap-on tools, but if I were to marry a woman for life, (like I did) I would be marrying her for "her" and not for the tools. My wifes father is an ASE certified mechanic, but I didn't let this affect my decision to marry my wife.
Use your best judgement, but do not hurt her feelings. Even if she isn't pretty, she is still human, heck she may even be beautiful on the inside.

ok... tools are great and all.. but come on.. you are going to ruin this girls life and possibly yours for some tools.... probably not the greatest trade off... anyway... whats next... a welder for the 1st kid... dont do it..
