I am going to a day wedding and I wearing a black dress with turquoise shoes...should I wear accessories?

I think silver jewelry with blue topaz or aquamarine stones would be nice, and a silver or black bag, and maybe a turquoise stole, if the dress is sleeveless. I wouldn't do pearls with the turquoise shoes. Keep that color as an accent--it will make your outfit look more summery.
Of course, you can go anywhere in basic black and pearls, so it's not WRONG, just not as seasonal.

In my opinion, your shoes will make a statement and I would suggest you should also wear a necklace that's very simple. For example, it could be a thin silver chain with a small turquoise pendant. You'll look gorgeous!

Since you are wearing the turquiose shoes, you need to even that out with accesories...i would recommend a layered, chunky turquiose necklace...if you do a necklace, wear only small (or no) earrings....bracelets are not needed unless you find something perfect. Get a french manicure on your hands and toes to make the look "classy".

Nylons!!! They are always a must. I wear them 24/7, and I love them. They go so good with most anything, and then you have the excuse to wear sexy high heels. I do that as much as possible as well. I wish that I could wear them all day, but I have a job, and they might frown on that... Anyway, good luck!

A silk ribbon on turquoise, and some earings and long, long necklace the same color as your shoes. Nice outfit!

anything silver will go well, like a silver cuff bracelet. Keep it simple, don't do a necklace and earrings and a bracelet. Keep it to 2 things. A nice diamond pendant always works too, with simple diamond studs in your ears. have fun!!
