Yes, where I live is the weather! Oh, is the weather...?
Yeah, here in Vancouver it's a tad hotter this summer but last year was a tad cooler. I don't buy into the global warming on this.
As far as your electricity bill, get out of the house and use the library's air con or go to the beach. I sympathize but unless you are trapped indoors, get out and deal with the heat somewhere else.

I live in Imperial Valley which is located in the very south of California. This area is a dessert so the tempatures climb to astounding numbers. Just yesterday it reached 120 degrees! The summer's here are brutal and can even be fatal. Just this last weekend there were 10 people hospitalized for heat exhaustion and heat stroke. The sun is so strong here that it melts objects in vehicles. This is probably the hottest area I have ever been in and if you live in a area that doesn't get too hot, be thankful :)

Hotter then normal. Most days for the past few weeks have been in the triple digets. That's weird for Utah!! It's also been drier then normal, but wetter then previous years, so I guess I can't complain too much!!

Broke a 1927 heat record here, with 118F last Friday.
Most every day is over 100F during the summer, but that was too much.
20 minutes outside working on my tan, and the rest of the day inside in an air conditioned room.
I was entirely yellow before Friday, and now look at me!!!

The weather is way hotter than in previous years. It's the hottest summer in England since1976. Very humid.

It's been extremely hot and humid in Houston - we usually don't see these temperatures until August. However, we've been having rain for the past few days, so the temperatures have subsided a bit.
