Yes I might notice it when SOMEBODY kicks you there or around there or when SOMEBODY stabs you with a fencing sword there!

I think it depends to some degree on whether you wear briefs or boxers, I used to wear briefs since I was a small child, and they tend to keep it tucked neatly against your body, so you don't tend to notice it unless you start to think sexual thoughts, and then you might notice a swelling and a pressure against the fabric of the underwear (i.e. an urge to break free). If you wear boxers (which I do now) then it kind of dangles some, and you tend to notice it more in the more run of the mill non sexual situations that you are describing. Since we are on this subject, I have always wondered if a girl walks with long strides or runs, do her lips rub against each other or do they move together as one piece?

Kind of an odd question there. I notice it in the same way I notice my left arm. Why wouldn't you? Actually, since there are so many nerve endings, I'd imagine I probably pay more attention to it...proportionally speaking. The face, hands, and feet have the most nerve endings, so you tend to be more aware of what they are doing. I think the back has the least nerve endings per area.
