Most likely it's a fanbelt
Try spraying belt dressing or "W/D 40" on the belts
if the noise stops replace the belts

This can be caused by a bad tensioner , A loose belt, a cracked belt, a pully not turning

idk about the stratus but almost always when the engine is squeaking its cause the belts are slipping
